I just recently moved in and so far, no problems. The requests that I sent to the office for repair was fixed same day, if not next day. The apts are really nice and the staff is nice also. The only thing that I would suggest is a paint touch-up on the complex and to blow out and pressure wash that hallways of the buildings, but I definitely suggest living here!
