I have lived here for several years and it is not getting any better. The new property manager lacks energy to do work and does not care about the residents. The service request are slowly completed and the properties common areas are looking a bit shady (bad). My recommendation- LIVE SOMEWHERE THAT THE MGMT CARES and has an interest for all. Can't wait to move!!!

I don't know what this person's agenda is but its obviously not an impartial one. The manager is not new and she's a whole lot better than the one that preceded her (and he wasn't that bad either). Simply visit the clubhouse and make your own decision. She's always very friendly and helpful. Moreover, the entire property has been undergoing major reconstruction due to the Tornado that hit the property a few weeks ago - so what's this business about the "bad" common areas, without any recognition of the fact that it's obstructed by construction crews and materials that are always coming and going? Besides, it seems like only the manager's boss would pay much attention to whether she was too lazy to work. I would guess that this complainer is one of those people who take up residence in the clubhouse and require the staff's constant attention to make up for their lack of a social life (for this complainer), such as to become a pest to those who do have to work for a living, and, then they become a back stabbing malcontent when everyone tires of pleasing them. I've seen this everywhere I've rented. I mean how many people have enough time on their hands to spend it to generally critque their property manager when they don't even express a defined or specific problem they're having with them?

I think you are in denial. I do agree with the comments made about managment, they have gone downhill, lazy, and don't care. The people in the office are new. When Angela left things got worst. A supposedly 24 pool hour locked down at 10pm due other people mistakes and so the whole community suffers. Exercise equipment always broken and taken for ever to fix it. They need new equipment. Too many damn dogs on property there should be a limit. People don't clean up behind there nasty ass pets and you can't even walk in the grass without stepping in ----. Manangement don't inforce that people clean up behind them. Looking foward to moving.

if you have lived in the apartment arena for more than 5 years then you will see the same thing at all of them. I have lived in really nice ones with caring managers and thief's still broke into 27 garages. the current staff is great. there has been alot of changes and i think they are on track. the storm has set back some improvements but things are getting changed for the better everyday. The residents really make or break the complex. The ones that don't pick up after the dogs, or bring glass to the pools or let their pets in the pool area, are the ones that make it difficult for all the others. we now have video cameras and that has cut down on the wondering cars in the middle of the night. If you want real security with a guard, them we will have to pay extra for it and i don't think residents will. By in large things are better than last year and getting better.

The OLD manger was great!!!!! and this staff does not know the billing system they are always having questions about the original lease. One day you a credit and the next you have a balance. When you talk to one person they tell you one thing and when you talk to some one else you are told something different. NO one is on the same accord and the management does need to keep up with all of the dog SH*** all over the complex. I don??????t know anybody in the office I just pay my rent once a month like everyone else unless a new letter is on my door about SOMETHING.

It is not the management's responsibilty to inform you EACH month that you have a balance or credit. If that is continuing to happen then you are paying the wrong amount of rent. Try asking for a copy of your lease, which is usually provided when you move-in or renew. Then pay what it says. SIMPLE!
