GO SOMEWHERE ELSE....

I read Cbert?s review and everything is absolutely true. I moved in about the time Cbert?s was written and things have been the same. It is now October and I can not wait for my lease to be up.

Little note about management, they ALWAYS tell you that you were the first one to complain. You are NOT.

Parking: There are not enough spaces in the parking lot even if each apartment only had one car. The kicker is that about 2/3 of the spots are covered and you get to pay an extra $20 a month just so you can have a spot to park. And guess what' If you have a garage, they will inspect it to make sure you are not using it as a storage space because they count that as a parking spot as well. They don?t want you parking in the parking lot if you have a garage. Unless you REALLY like parking at Walmart and walking, it?s not worth it.

Complaints: I was in the office yesterday getting a package and a woman was in there complaining that she got home from work and all of her things were moved, lights and TV were on, and no note was left. Management proceeded to tell her that it was the phone company that came into her apartment and management DID NOT KNOW WHEN THEY WERE COMING AND NOONE FROM THE APARTMENTS ACCOMPANIED THEM. So essentially, your apartment is open up to whomever wishes to enter. Hope you don?t have anything valuable.

Entering the apartment: They ask you at least once a month, to remove items, i.e. your entire kitchen or closets or bathroom, so they can spray for insects (they instruct you to remove your pet as well) or replace something. My favorite was when they asked me to rearrange my work schedule, remove all items from my storage closet, remove my pet from the apartment, and remove anything around any fire sprinklers in the apartment. THEN they wouldn?t tell me which days they were coming out to replace the sprinklers.

Please save yourself the headache of feeling like you are living in someone else?s apartment all the time. It?s not worth it--no matter how nice the management may seem the day you come in.
