| 04/04/2013 | I have lived at Arbor Springs since September 2012. The apartments do need updating but even considering that they are just what I needed. The manager is caring,kind,respectful,compassionate, and considerate. Any situation that I have ever reported to her was taken care of in a timely manner. The maintenance workers perform their jobs and I can honestly say that one them takes great pride in his/her work. If he/she feels the job is not up to his/her standard, he/she will redo the task.
