I regret ever moving to these apts. The tennants from across the street come over and invade the apts. Take over the swimming pool! The damn pool is never open cause they don't even know how to act whenever they're coming over and they're not suppose to be there. Mgmt. really don't make an effort on improving this. My sisters window from her truck got busted, and someone from the office SUPPOSEDLY WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS BAD ASS KID! and she refused to pay my sister, then turns around and accuses my sister of HARRASING HER! Section 8 is welcome, Katrina victims are admitted, so most of these people do not work, and are just walking around doing ----! when they should be getting their LAZY ASS TO WORK! Always relying on ------- food stamps, and TANF! Crowds of kids just standing around, mean dogging everybody like they own the place. Robberies in BROAD DAY LIGHT! SNATCHING OF PURSES, JEWELRY of hardworking people really trying to make it. I WOULD NEVER, EVER, EVER, EVER, EVER RECOMMEND ARTISAN RIDGE APTS. TO ANYBODY! NOT EVEN IF THEY WERE THE LAST COMPLEX STANDING! My lease is up, and I'm getting the ---- OUT OF THERE! THEY CAN ROB EACH OTHER AND KILL EACH OTHER FOR ALL I CARE!

I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANY OF THIS TYPE OF ACTION GOING ON HERE. YES THERE WAS KATRINA VICTIMS LIVING THERE I WAS ONE OF THEM. I WORKED AT NIGHT SO I WAS HOME DURING THE DAY I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYONE HANGING AROUND. WHEN THE POOL WAS OPEN DURING THE SUMMER YES YOU DID HAVE A LOT OF KIDS BUT THE OFFICE STAFF AT THAT TIM HAD SEVERAL PROJECTS FOR THE KIDS TO DO. CALLING PEOPLE NAMES WHO IN MOST CASES WAS MOVING OUT OF THE COMPLEX AT THE TIME GO HOME IS RUDE. BUT THEN AGAIN I GUESS IT IS OKAY FOR -------- TO STAY HOME ALL DAY.COLLECTING FOOD ASTAMS, AND TANF. BECAUSE THE KATRINA VICTIMS WAS CUTOFF ON ALL OF THIS IN 06. SO TO THIS PERSON IF YOU READ THIS YOUCAN KISS OUR A$$ES

I was there in 2003. I moved out because of 1) staff, 2) bad as kids and their parents, and 3) one way in and one way out via Keeneland Pkwy. Damn! They allow illegals to rent there, too. I would rather live with the unfortunate victims of Katrina and Ike than with these rat a**es. I wouldn't wish this on anybody. When I moved there I was told I had an option to live on the first or second level. B****es put me on the third level and refused to give back the money I foolishly placed as a deposit. I'll never be back there if I can help it.

Apparently the reviewers are right. There's no maintenance (they only know how to pull trash)and speaking of trash, there's only one trash compactor...so you know what's happening here. And that one way in/out- not good. There's also some bad ass kids with ignorant mommas. Everyone not bad but a few bad apples will spoil the whole bunch.
