I moved to Artisan Ridge in March,2008 and now breaking my lease and moving out on 6/6/08. If you have children, do not move here. There is a lot of drug trafficking day and night, fighting, profanity, noisy neighbors and unsupervised children running around vandelizing the property and other people's property. They accept section 8 and i have noticed the residents here have poor living standards. They have no respect for the property or themselves. I have expressed my concerns to the staff at Artisan Ridge and I have not received a response. The management staff seems to keep changing. so far i have seen 4 different managers since my stay. There is also alot of burglarism. The office had there night drop broken into in May. The access gates do not work (and we have access cards for no reason). The swimming pools are disgusting. There are roaches everywhere and i ahve fogged my apartment 5 times. i realized that it was the residents who are the cause of this. i worry everyday about the safety of my children and i dread coming home every night. the staff has showed a lack of compassion and loyalty. They will rent to anyone as long as the units are leased. I regret of ever moving here!!!
