Unsafety place

I lived here for 3 months and feel terrible since my apartment has been burglary. I asked leasing office to terminated the contract, but they told me I have to pay early move out fee and has responsibility to pay the rest of the rent until someone rent it.....sucks. They offer me to transfer to upstair room, but they have to charge me 150 bucks transfer fee which is equal to my deposit. Worst, worst, worst place I ever have w/ unfriendly staff and never show up manager who tried to hide to avoid any problem.
