(user photo) Taken from my patio picture is of very low retaining wall and the apartment complex next door the fence does not extend all the way around allowing any people easy access to jump over the retaining wall and onto your patio.

I lived there for alround two years. At this time 1995 I had nothing to complain. The apartment was ok. At this time (North Dallas Crossing) management was quite friendly.
parking was no problem.
As time goes by it looks like the complex had changed a lot. Crime was no problem ebacause the police station was across the street.
Now back in germany instersting to read.
