(user photo) Taken from my patio picture is of very low retaining wall and the apartment complex next door the fence does not extend all the way around allowing any people easy access to jump over the retaining wall and onto your patio.

This place is absolutely dirty, dingy, and worst of all very unsafe. They leased me an apt which was not clean, full of smoke/crap odor etc, and when I asked them to clean it, they ignored my request.

They have no regards for their residents, and the people living here are absolute ghetto fabulous. They will park in your assigned covered parking, when told not do so, keep trash in their balconies, and worst of all there is a lot of crime.

Buyer Beware!!!!
