(user photo) Taken from my patio picture is of very low retaining wall and the apartment complex next door the fence does not extend all the way around allowing any people easy access to jump over the retaining wall and onto your patio.

Every week somebody new gets robbed. My neighbor has been robbed at gun point. Making it worse the management does seem to do anything about the crime. As for the apartments themselves, they are falling apart. My water heater works about half the time, my dishwasher is broken, 2 burners on the stove do not work, and horrible pests problems. All of things have been reported and rarely is anything ever done. The pests were addressed, but only after a month and a half of complaining and a fax to their home office. In my mind I cannot describe a worse apartment complex then camden oaks.

um hello?????? how stupid can you be???? thats why this site was obviously started so that people dont continue to just see how an apartment looks and see what is really going on in the community. maybe your dumb--- should move there since you think its so great.
