In my opinion, this place could make a good first apartment.
There's really nothing special or especially wrong with this place.
The walls can be a little thin so you can sometimes hear people when they're talking loudly inside their units as you walk by. Inside your own unit however it's pretty quiet.
Parking can be bad depending on where you are, I was fortunate enough to have a unit facing Meandering Way with the park trail.
I haven't had too many complaints about maintenence, but that's just my experience. Their choice to take away the night drop box for rent was a bit out in left field though.
The Amenities leave a bit to be desired. The workout facilities and the pools aren't as lavish as more expensive places, but at the price I'm paying to live here, it's acceptable.
It's not the worst place I've lived, but it's not the best either.
