Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008
 
I have lived there for three years and things got much worse with new management.

Forget any repairs, it takes months for them to fix it. They kept missing repair requests and I did not have any proof since they do not document it.

Event it took four months until they finally gave me a correct lease agreement when I renewed my lease. Each time there would be an error on the lease and would take weeks to fix that error to see another error in the one they sent.

McCallum street is not that safe as well. Safety-wise Ashwood will be the better one compared to other complexes on the McCallum. I had lots of noise at our apartment next to McCallum Crossing.
