I have read most the other reviews and agree with some and not others. The maintnance is kinda poor and slow in getting to what they need to. When my husband and I moved in the air did not work and it took a while for them to fix it. Then our upstairs bathroom started leaking into our kitchen. The maintnance tried to tell us it was because there was no drain thing in the oposite bathroom upstairs which we could not figure out how that made our bathroom leak. So we replaced it and wow it still leaked when I showered. So they came and looked at it and relized the seal or something was bad. BUT they did not repaint or fix the water damage from the leak in our kitchen. Parking is horrible at night we live in a corner apartment right next to Meandering Way and I work evenings sometimes when I get home there is no parking I am forced to park pretty far from my apartment which I do not like having to walk that far by myself in general.
