I am an apartment locator...I referred my client there because at first everyone was nice. Then...the agent told her they did not work with locators...I was on the phone with her so I know this to be true. So, I called the complex and they called me back and said yes they do work with us. So my client thinks she is good to go for her free move. Then when I tried to get the paperwork back the complex said they would not send it. Any complex that the agents cuss at you on the phone is not going to be a good experience as a place to live. The agents are "ghetto" to say the least. RENTER BEWARE!! I will never refer anymore clients there.
