im almost finished with a year here,,,,,its a nightmare that wont end....every night after work i have to fight through the traffic of hookers and dealers to get to the gate which is ALWAYS open and broken, to get to my parking space that i pay monthly for , which is likley taken by a guest....in the winter my heater broke,,, in the summer my ac broke,,, my refridgerator was broken for 2 months,,,, the gate closed on my truck and did 1200$ worth of damage,, which im currently fighting them to take responsibility for........im a single person , only there from 8 pm to 7 am on weekdays and yet i somehow use 20$ worth of water every month,,,,,never got the new kitchen sink promised too me ,,, this was a mistake i dont plan on making again
