During my tenor, which was significant (7yrs), I encountered very few problems. I guess the biggest problem during my earlier stay was the management. However, the last two years of my stay, prior to moving into my house, almost made it hard to leave as I enjoyed the property management team: Ms Stacy Patterson, and her assistant Mildred. Together these two individuals worked very hard to assure that everyones stay was welcomed. Their untireing committmit towards excellence was noticable to all residents as they have brought forth great ideas to the community to build residential unity, individual involvement, as well as expeditious service towards any maintenance or even personal concerns.
Their efforts to screen out individuals for any vacancies was also great as my neighbors were always friendly, courteous, and responsible. The kind of quality that goes into any apartment community is only as good as those who maintain it. That is why I would rate The Astoria Apts as one of the leading Apts of North Dallas. Thanks Stacy and Mildred.

This apartments are terrible, I live there for one year,and the still, my plants,drong people, and prostitutes, and more! and the managers still you money from your deposits, and they find any excuse to take money from you, a lot reaches, and etc, etc, etc, and very roof managments, terrible, terrible, terrible, terrible, experience.
