I've been living here for about 3 years now and there has been many changes here but I can honestly say that this time it looks to be a great one. I had reported many maintenance issues to previous management and never got anything done. I went in to meet the new staff and reported everything all over again, and.... it finally got fixed. the maintenance left a slip stating the work had been done and I was surprised. That was something that never got done here before. Blanca is no longer that manager... Thank God for that!
I met the ladies in the office and they were very nice.
All I can say is to give it some time... it looks like things are gradually changing.
