i dont know im starting to feel that the old management and the new manager are all the same.... i have gone into the office several times in a day, in a week, and even in a month... i can never seem to catch her in time (meaning she is never there) its irritating especially when my questions cannot be answered by the one girl who is ALWAYS there... (i think her name is melissa) she's always there and if shes not there, there is a sign on the door that says she is showing an apartment and will be back... the couple of times i have caught the manager my questions are always the same (will we be getting security' when will our gates be fixed' when will the pool open' when will the tow truck start to circle the property on itsown at night') and the same answers come up all the time... i dont know when, i dont know if were getting that, im considering it, we have an appointment with the company (you took over 3 months ago; COME ON) i feel as if were getting the run around... you want rent on time, I want to live in a decent place. we (the tenants) are paying for these people to work here and if im not satisfied with the managers performance i think i have the right to stop paying her, especially when im not getting all im paying for... I am completely satisfied with melissas work she helps us as much as she can, and i understand she is not the manager so she may not have all the answers.....
