i have been in this area for 12 years, i never renew the lease in any of apartment that i lived in, ONLY ASTORIA, i renewed & will renew it.this managment are veeeeeeer profissional ,helpfull & nice.this apartment is veeeeeeeeeery decent,clean,fast service & belive or not they renew & remodel everything (paint,bathrooms,kitchen,balcony,)& even the place front door mat in every apartment.if you have issue, they listen & solve it IMMEDIATLY.
By the way who blog the previous comment are lier, & all is not true.i live here 2 years, i never see a police car, or any suspicious activity.
all resident are very friendly.
i highly recomend this apartment.

You must keep your windows drawn all the time and wear earplugs. Glad to hear you had a good experience.

You must be related to someone that work at this complex. The parking suck, you can't leave your parking after 7pm or you're SOL. Apartment get broken into all the time, things get stollen often and residents have no respect for other residents. Very noisey complex after hour.
