Management changes the order of the day.
The current manager is a young lady who feels like she is all that.
To her the tenants are like her subordinates and she got this dont care attitude.
After all to her, you can always move out and seek elsewhere if you question the unavailable parking space, bugs and roaches and overall security.
There is a replacement process of whites and ------ with latinos.
The office is all latino currently and they would rather serve latinos first and others next irrespective of order of arrival.
They will speak spanish and assume your presence right there.
If you are non latino, look elsewhere.
No Parking Space after 10pm so be ready to sleep in your car on the firelane in you arrive home past 10pm otherwise your car is towed in collusion with the rude manager.
