Parking is a nightmare!
Vandalism is a problem. My visitors cars broken into twice.
The apartments and managers do not account for anything. They do not hold themselves responsible.
Rodents are a hassle and at times maintainence did not come out and spray when needed.
Both bathroom and kitchen floor border panels were crumbling and coming undone. Repairs had to wait one to two weeks. Their excuse was that they ordered a part and where waiting for it but all they came to do was cover the border panel with a piece of wood, and only one bathroom was fixed!
Gun shots are heard every weekend.
No security. Light fixtures outside on the apartment building do not always work. The entrance door to be use by pedestrian tenants (with a code)has not been fixed in over 3 months therefore has to be propped open with a rock otherwise tenants are locked inside the gate and cannot go out unless by car. Since the door is propped open all night anyone can come into the complex.
Upstairs neighbor threw out cigarrete butt onto patio and fire started that affected our roof and nothing was done. Only a piece of wood replaced the hole.
Overall it is not the best place to live since it is in a high crime area with no security. The only good thing I can say is that the office management does have a few activities planned during the summer for residents and in my apartment the dining area is wood not carpet.
