August Park Apartments is poorly maintained. I personally have been dealing with a leak in my aprtments since the day I moved in. Have turned in serveral repair request only to receive shade tree mechanic's repairs. Situations like this does not make one want to go out and spread or invite anyone to come and see how well it is to be here. August Park needs to step up its game and treat the leasees with more respect since we are the ones that keep them in business, unlike another unit that is owned by the same company that recently filed bankruptcy due to poor managemant.
