We have been here almost one year. We gladly call this place home. We have had no problem with the mantaince. The parking was a problem for a while, but even that has been resolved for us. We live in the back area and find it very quite. The office staff is great. We like the lay out of our apt. We would recommend this complex to anyone. We had an ant problem shortly after we first moved in, but it was taken care of promptly. The one way I think the complex could be improved on is a playground for the children. There is no place for them to play. In my opinion, this is home for a long time.

u must work there.. b/c i lived there and there was a couch on the balcony from the time i moved in till i moved... parking suxed b/c not enough for guest and were taken up by the residents themselves. One morning on my way to work I found chicken bones and a beer can by my car...Plus if u look by the woods ppl dump their trash there. Also while i lived there stangers would try and open my door. The gates were always broken and one of the mantaince guys were in my apt with out my permission b/c i found a grarage opener (i did not pay for a garage) and found a menu from some fish joint that i have never been to and some one ordered porn from my direct tv!! I say NO dont move here find a different place...i sd this b4 only good thing there is Lisa if she is still there.
