Hello to all, don t move into this property I was held at gunpoint on December 16th 2007.. but before this went on four apartments in my unit was broken into in the day time another incident that happen was someone jump a lady patio in the daytime in took her laptop.. this property is not a good place to live the so called Manager ------- haven t done anything about the crime and the so called assist Manager is just plan stupid she apply other people rent to other apartments also the water bills you could turn your rent in by writing a check and a couple of days later you getting a letter stating your rent hasn t been paid but its already went throw your bank account I wouldn t let my dog live in Austin Bluff and on top of all that ---- is still going on But ------- you forgot to inform your property that a young lady and her 5 year old daughter was held at gun point why haven t you informed you property of that.. And the corporate office has yet to call me back I have left 15 different message for 3 different people the office should no who is writing this all I can say to the residents is please be careful cause the so called Managers and the corporate people don t care. The pizza men was held up this is a mess and the property is a mess..Now there is one person in the leasing office who has something going for herself and that s ------- she should be running the property.... Corporate please think about that...

i still wonldnt MOVE to Austin Bluff,,,,I hear its still things going......They should get ------- out the office...move her on the property....and lets see how she would feel....she would feel unsafe in her own HOUSE...get it together AUSTIN BLUFF
