Hello, I would just like to say that my stay at Austin Bluff was very pleasant. It is a hidden secert in the Duncanville/Dallas area. The Assist Manager Donnah is very understanding and holds a great value for her residents. My neighbors and I got alone and could watch out for one another. They just repainted the community and did a few upgrades to the business center and etc. Due to my circumtances, I am having to move but this is a nice place for anyone, whether you're single or have a family. Also, the pricing is not bad as well compared to the other properties in that suburb area.
