I have lived in these apartments for a little over two and a half years, and am now on my way out. I will be honest, the management has never been all that great, but it's probably the worst I've seen it right now. I have to call three or four times to get things done, and typically I have to actually show up in the office even, to see why some maintenance request I've had hasn't been answered. The girls in the office are nice enough, but they don't really go out of their way for anything.

The place seemed much quieter when I first moved in as well, but now, it's just kind of going down hill.

It's not all bad - I have never really felt unsafe or had any bug problems, and it was nice when I moved in looking for a cheap one bedroom, but the rent has gone up too much for me to stay, so I will be leaving next month. All in all, it's okay, and my biggest problems have been with maintenance, but I wouldn't really recommend the place, unless you are out of other options.

I hated living there, especially the last half of my lease. Has it gotten more ghetto? That was the worst part IMO.

It has, unfortunately. And my neighbors are getting louder, too. I feel like the standards are just dropping all around. Hopefully you have found a much better place, now!
