Great apartment, trashy neighbors, hateful office staff.

The apartment was spacious. However, when I first moved in, the place was filthy. I told the manager before I moved in about all the hand prints on the walls, the pet stains on the carpet, the dead roaches, crickets, and other insects that were in the closets, bathtubs, and cabinets. I was assured that everything would be taken care of. The day I moved in, nothing had be done.
My neighbors were a nightmare. Dogs were left out on the balconies all day and all night. The dogs were allowed to urinate and deficate on the balconies. The inconsiderate pet owners would simply sweep the pet urine and feces off their balconies. You could walk by and see brown and yellow stains coming off their balconies. The office staff was very rude, and would do nothing about this. They even thought this was funny.
There were times when the smell of marijuana being smoked was so strong, I feared if I ever had a drug test, I would not pass (even though I have never in my life smoked pot).
The manager of this property is so consumed with her looks and being liked, that she knows nothing about this property. Her office staff is equally shallow. If the staff likes you, everything is okay. If the office staff decides that they no longer like you, they will make you life a living hell.
Living at AMLI at Bent Tree, was the worst experience of my life. I did not feel safe there, in my own home. Nothing was ever fixed right. Something was always broken. Noise is a serious problem. Airplanes fly over constantly. Anyone who says they get used to the noise is either lying or deaf. The equitment in the gyn was always broken. The two television sets in the gym were never on the same channel and always going full blast. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7

Some people are better able to tolerate air traffic noise. Two residences prior to Bent Tree, I lived on an Air Force base with a fighter jet wing that was /much/ noisier than Addison Airport.
