I've been a resident since 1/04 and overall the experience has been decent. The only reason I'm staying another 10 months is because I really hate moving. I'm in Phase II and the floorplans are nice and thoughtfully laid out, but the carpet is cheap and the paint job on the wood moulding and trim paint job is shoddy. Since the recent aquisition, it seems that this mgmt team is focused on providing good cust service and making the current tenants stay. They've even started passing out monthly newsletters, and offering happy hour! The landscaping is so-so and I agree with other reviewers that animal waste, noise and safety are terrible.
