I love the layout and size of my apartment, but I cannot stand the constant sound of the jets landing and taking off from Addison Airport. They are so loud that I am often awoken from a deep sleep at night. I can't remember the last time I slept through the entire night.

The office personnel is terrible too. They do not respond to requests, they always act like you are bothering them and they are rude. They also constantly enter our apartments with very little notice or no notice at all.

There is dog crap everywhere. There are poop stations set up through out complex, but no one uses them and the complex management will not enforce the rules, except when you can put your trash out.

Please don't try to complain about your neighbors spinning their wheels in the parking lot at night or having late night parties during the week, because they won't do anything. All they do is tell you to call the cops. We tried and the cops told us to complain to apartment complex management.

If I could terminate my lease early, I would, but when I asked, they wanted me to pay the entire term of the lease now to get out of it.

Do not move here!

You can call a noise complaint in to the Dallas PD if they have been making loud noise for more than 15 minutes between 10 PM and 8 AM and you have made a reasonable attempt to contact them and ask them to be quieter. I have had DPD respond to three noise complaints between 2004 and 2006, all due to loud parties. They also sent several cruisers to break up an out-of-control party just before Christmas 2004.
