We just recently moved in these apartments...We thought we were getting a good deal since everywhere we looked at didn't have a big floorplan like we have now ...BUT I GUESS WE REALLY GOT WHAT WE PAID FOR!! first off we were lied to in the beginning...they said that our apartment had the pool view (We can't even see the pool) All we see is the Pet Area which some residents here do not clean up after their PETS! But we let that go but I think we're paying way too much because of the so called "view".

Our 3rd month here my car got stolen..inside the complex!! Wondering how'' The gates are constantly wide open at weird hours of the night. There's all this little hoodlums that come to this complex and don't even live here...they live at those "ghetto apartments" next door and across the road!! I've seen them have access to the gate code and the complex is not doing anything to reinforce any of this!! They're constantly at the basketball court! We haven't seen the "courtesy police" once since we've moved here.. the only time that police came by the complex was when I filled my car stolen!!!

Our apartment constantly have problems. Walls are cracking and paint is already chipping off the wall!! Cabinets are chipping!! PARKING is a nightmare too!! NOisy since the airport is just down the street..but I guess we can't blame any of that on them! So these next long months that we have left until our lease is over will be a constant NIGHTMARE! I just can't believe my car got STOLEN!

I'll give the management this...yes they do follow through with our service request promptly...however I seriously think that they should've done this in the beginning before we even moved in..they had an entire month before to fix this place before we MOVED in our apartment. But I don't think I'll recommend any of my friends here anymore..I was about to refer 3 of my friends here until this incident happened!!
