I have lived here now for almost a year and I find these reviews to be very one sided. Every place has their issues but please. Yes, I hear the planes but what would you like the staff to do about them, call the Addison airport and ask them to stop flying over, yeah right! I have had a few odds and ends for maintenance to do inside my apartment and they have always been super friendly and prompt. I think the girls in the office are really sweet and helpful. I have lived in several places in the area that trust me are horrible.

I agree with you. There is nothing you can do about the airplanes. Just a fact. If you live close to an aiport you will hear it.
