I moved into my apartment when it was owned by Amli and never had any real problems. When Alliance took over, EVERYTHING took a turn for the worst. First of all.. the entire staff team is completely incompetent and RUDE. They can never give you an answer to something when you call.. they always say they will call you back and then never do! Crime is up...the gates are always broken and so is the equipment in the gym. The noise level in my building is out of control and nothing has been said to fix it. I had mold growing in my bathroom which took forever to get fixed. And someone else mentioned the increasing need for someone to always be entering our apartments without prior notice. That's a good way to get yourself shot! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone I know...and I know a lot of people.
