My apartment was great I loved the size of it, but when it came to having anything fixed or needing the staff to help in someway it took an act of congress to get it done. My dining room door would never lock and my roommates and I called on it several times. The lock on the front door was so tight that we broke one or two of our keys trying to get in and had to have the locks replaced even though we had told them to change them prior to this happening. Now that my lease is up and we kept the apartment in top condition they want to charge us $530 for money that was paid and taken care of and carpet that I know did not need replacing. Unfortunately we didn't do a final walk through so there was no way that we could go back and prove what they said was a lie.

hmmmm....seems to me that if you knew that was possibly going to be an issue that you would have made sure that you received that in WRITING!!! WE ALL KNOW THAT IN THIS WORLD, LEGALLY SPEAKING THAT IS YOUR BEST COURSE OF ACTION....OH WELL, MAYBE NEXT TIME!!
