This place sucks!!! There was a dead rat infront of my building and they would not come and pick it up. I had to call them 3 times to remove it and the last time I threatened to call the Dallas County Health Department on them. The next day it was gone. I think it laid there for a week. The plane will drive you crazy!! One day one of them is going to crash into this complex. The manager Debbie is a -----. She said that they would replace our carpet because we had been here for 3 years and the carpet was not new when we moved in. They never came to replace it. They better not try to pull any crap about us oweing them anything. We move in a week!! Can not wait to get out of this hell whole. Oh, and they are just letting anyone more in here. My neighbors fight all the time. Running back and forth in the entry way, yelling and cursing at one another. They are letting TRASH more in here. I have had men come to my door late at night banding on it for me to let them in. They have cursed at me threw the door. I have had to sleep on the couch with a knife because I thought they would try to break in and I have small children. One more thing, there was a child sex offeneder living here and they did not even tell us. I called the office about this and they said he had moved out. Whatever!

Unfortunatly, with all the new development, the rodents had to run some where. You, will find this problem is the nicest neighborhoods. ie: even Castle Hills.

There were two sex offenders living in the complex during 2004-05, but both had moved out by 2006. One was living in phase one and I was not concerned about him (the state offender database said he was 19 and the victim 16 at the time of his offense), but the registered offender that lived in phase two didn't look like somebody I'd want to run into (large guy, database listed offense had an elementary-school-aged victim). The latter offender moved to The Colony; he's on the city webpage of registered sex offenders living within city limits.
