i just moved in from alabama. i was shocked when i was told that i had to pay for electricity AND gas. i called atmos energy and they are charging me 2 arms and a leg. i haven't gotten my bill from dirct energy but we'll see. i need help on the cheapest gas company. please reply if you have any suggestion

Your screwed... I'd move out if you can. Finding the cheapest gas company should be the least of your concerns. There is just something sketchy about that apartment complex. Worry about the management and how much they DONT help you in anything. They will rape you for every penny you have. Be careful.
