You can watch the drug deals going on in the back parking lot. The druggies like to park beside the parking garage at the back of the parking lot. When you complain to the front office; they say, "Contact the police." They also don't return complaint phone calls, so the only way you know that the problem has been fixed is to "wait and see." It took six phone calls and two personal visits to get them to fix a broken toilet!! You have to stay on them to get anything done. The floor plans are cool; but don't get your hopes up after you sign the lease that they will continue to be so congenial, they aren't! Once they have your name on that lease, they could care less..just make sure your rent in on time. You can also buy a car off the back parking lot, if you just go over to the parking lot next to Trinity Mills. There is a man selling cars that he bought at auction. The front office even knows his name; but they are doing nothing about. No wonder the parking is so bad. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone that wants a safe place to live.

I am currently looking for a new apartment, and have read the reviews of the majority of the properties within the carrollton area that are within my price range. I have discovered that the only reason they receive such low ratings is because of idiots like yourself. All of your points could be valid, except your remark about the "druggies" beside the parking garage. If in fact they are druggies, are you actually expecting the ladies at the front office to put themselves in a potentially dangerous situation? The real question is, do you want to potentially endanger their lives? Telling you to call the police is what they are suppose to do. It is what they've been told to do by the police actually. Did you call the police after they told you to do so, or did you just walk back into your apartment and complain about it in this seemingly false representation of the Bellagio. If I can't believe one of your points, how am I suppose to take any of them seriously? Next time there are druggies outside your window, call the police and do something about it. Don't expect the ladies from the front office to come out there with handcuffs and night sticks; they are not paid, nor trained to do so.

I live in the same building as the "used car guy". He seems like a nice guy, but I didn't sign up to live at Carmax. Most of them are pretty junky and they do take up quite a few parking spots. I've complained to the office as well, but nothing seems to get done.

As for the druggies, you can thank the complex next door for that. I have seen them and no I don't expect the office staff to come out guns blazing, but I do expect them to take it seriously.

To the person who have been responding to all the postings by people who have had problems with the complex. (phase2000) You have no idea what you are talking about, and it really does sound like you work in the office. So basically you are talking out your a$$. I know that more than 7 cars where broken into the weekend before Christmas. A lady I know lived on the bottom floor in phase 1. Her apartment was broken into WHILE SHE WAS HOME. Her computer and purse was taken. Within an hour she had hits on her credit cards. Do you think the other resident received notice of this??? NO! If you are living at this complex move out as soon as possible. I you are thinking about moving here DON'T! P.S. phase2000 SHUT UP!
