I have been here 6 months on the NEW side closest to Trinity Mills. So far I have not had any problems. This is not to say that anything can happen anywhere. I have two cars one in the garage one outside. Again so far no problems. I have also not seen anyone "shady" walking around on the new side. Seems like everyone over here owns a dog. I will agree with others it can take a while for them to fix things. The girls at the leasing office are nice but not great on service. I'm here for another 8 months. If I have to break my lease no real hardship it's 2 month's rent. Overall the problems seem to be on the OLD side not the NEW. Overall I am neutral on this place! Not great not bad.

I am home during the day alot. So far again I have not seen that. I am on the OTHER side the VAIL ST side. Trust me I am not defending anything or anyone. If I do have problem's I will move.
