These people are obviously mad because they couldn't get their way and decided to negatively vent on this site. These apartments are great; just don't move close to the dumpster cuz sometimes it stinks really bad. Yeah, it's not perfect, but what apartment complex is' If I call for a work order, it literally takes maintenance like 20 minutes to get to your apartment. I bet you anything that the people that sit here and complain are people who are late on their rent, have checks that bounce, cause lease violations, or have some kind of insignificant situation and think the office needs to stop everything they are doing to help them out. I'm telling you, I am going on my 1st year here, and I will definetly be renewing my lease. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn

Trust me, I have never had one single lease violation, never once paid rent late in my life, and have never had any neighbors complain. You are in your first year, so good for you. Maybe you have been lucky enough not to have any of these problems. Hopefully you will continue to be that lucky. Unfortunately for me it hasn't been that way. I have police reports to prove it. I loved my first year here too, despite the rats that occasionally run across my balcony. But anyone who has lived here will admit that people from the neighboring apartments use our facilities all the time. Don't forget all of the car burglaries/theft. Don't believe me? I just wanted to point out that there seems to be a big difference between the "older" side and the "newer" side of Bellagio. I live in the newer side (3930). I have not had any major problems other than the girls at the office can sometimes be a little rude.

Thank YOU, Niki24, these people obviously have been coerced into writing this review or they are friends of the management. I was NEVER late with my check (if anything I was two or three days early!!), never had a bounced check and certainly never had a lease violation. THEY are just trying to bad mouth people who have had nothing but trouble with the management of this apartment complex. Where I live now (an apartment complex) and I haven't had ANY problems with them..quite a big difference from when I lived here. We don't have ANY rats and we are now on a greenbelt. Bellagio just doesn't match up at all. Hopefully, the person who wrote this comment doesn't ever make the office management angry with a request; they will then see what we mean. I WILL NEVER give Bellagio a good rating, EVER! They are the rudest, most uncompassionate, customer service people I have ever had the displeasure of meeting.
