The windows are terrible for insulation. The second bedroom is too cold for our baby. The maintenance team is slow. Repeat calls for maintenance for these monthly rates is ridiculus. The dog owners that live here feel free to "walk" their dogs everywhere and do not cleanup after them. The smell of dog mess is ever present. In the summer the pool is full of drunks and most do not live in the complex. There is no bathroom access for the nonresidents to use so you know they go in the pool. My family does not use the cesspool in the summer. The airplane noise is awful, and the neighbors upstairs.. we can hear them walk around so we use loud fans all the time...Gym and laundry has been under construction for months!!
