I ve lived at the Bellagio for about a year now. Upon first visit, I was warmly greeted by Heather, one of the Leasing Agents. Because I wasn t sure about which floor plan would work for me, she patiently showed me every plan I was curious about. She was extremely attentive and answered all of my questions. My move in was smooth. Since I ve been here, every maintenance request has been addressed in a timely manner. I haven t experienced any issues with excessive noise from the neighbors, crime or rodents. Quite frankly my experience has been pretty excellent. I plan on renewing my lease for another year. I ve enjoyed living here so much that I ve encouraged other friends to move here.
Those who are reading these reviews, please note that no matter where you live you won t find perfection. Quite frankly perfection just doesn t exist. However, if you re looking for a place that is clean, centrally located to several malls and restaurants, has a great office/maintenance staff, and gives you the bang for your buck. check out the Bellagio!

DO NOT LIVE HERE. I don't expect perfect, but "decent" isn't too much to ask for. In the last four months my apartment has been flooded three times from the same broken pipe in the apartment above mine. Bellagio will not move me to another apartment or release me from my lease. Their "complaints" department has basically told me "tough, stay where you are and pay us the rent." No one from the office has ever called to apologize or see if the repairs were suitable. I fear returning home from work every day because I never know if all of my belongings will be ruined by another broken pipe. I have asked several times for a MOLD inspection and they have declined. I have been sick more times in the several months I've lived here than in the last five years combined. DO NOT LIVE HERE. They could not care less about your comfort, health or living situation.
