I have lived at the Bellagio for nearly a year now and I have nothing but good things to say. From the time I stopped in to check it out and was handled with great care by Heather (who bore with me while I looked at the model multiple times!) until now, I have had a wonderful experience. The few maintenance issues have been handled quickly and effectively. There are zero noise issues and the grounds are immaculately kept. The office staff are always pleasant and helpful. The rent is reasonable; it's centrally located and most importantly, it feels like home.
For those looking, remember that nothing is perfect; not a single family dwelling or an apartment complex. There will be issues no matter where you live. However, if you can find a place that makes you feel good and happy to come home in the evening, then that's the place to be. The Bellagio is that place for me and could very well be for you too!

My experience at Bellagio has been just the opposite. Maintenance problems persist in my apartment, continual flooding that ruins my belongings. I can't sleep if I think I hear a drip because I feel like I have to get up and move all my furniture away from the dripping spots. No apologies from the complex, no offers to move me from my current apartment, they will not release me from my lease. They will not even conduct a MOLD inspection after all the water that has been in the walls. I have asked several times. I'm forced into living in a tenement situation. DO NOT LIVE HERE if you value your health, safety or belongings.
