My girlfriend and I have lived at Bellagio at Bent Tree for 2 years. Overall we've been pretty happy but today our appreciation for this complex has increased dramatically. We had to clear up a rent discrepancy with the front office. Whenever you have to deal with something like this, you know the experience is usually not a pleasant one... One where you are the bad guy and they are right no matter the case. Our experience was quite the opposite.

We were greeted by Kathy Sawyer, one of the members of the new management team. Rather than making assumptions about us, she took the time to properly listen to our issue and acted quickly and cheerfully to resolve it. She ended up helping us beyond our expectations. It's uncommon to get that kind of understanding and service. It was a much needed breath of fresh air. We recommend this complex for anyone that wants great management service, maintenance, amenities, and overall value. We couldn't be happier with our choice to live here.

Glad you are happy because I am not! New office staff is rude as ever with the exception of Kathy. She did help me resolve an issue I was having. Shannon on the other hand is constantly rude and demeaning to me and other residents. I have lived here for a while and when I gather with my fellow neighbors we just can't understand why a company would keep someone like her around. She seems sweet on the surface but is always rude and condescending. No wonder everyone left...probably couldn't tolerate working with her anymore. I renewed a few months ago so I am stuck here for another 9 months or so. Maybe Shannon will leave...one can only hope.

I am a resident in Belagio, too. This is the worst, worst apartment that I have ever stayed! No matter what issue the residents have, they just smile and listen what you said, than give you a word," Sorry, there is nothing I can help. Anything else?" What's a great answer!! They set you up with your contract, and also offer the worst management. I have stuck here for one year and I will never recommond any of my friends to come here even Bellagio offers $500 reward for the reference (Maybe this is the reason that they have to pay so much to get people to come)I will recommond any one who I hate to live here.

Funny, sounds like a bunch of pissed of ex-employees to me. hmmm. I think it is just the opposite, why did they not WANT any of the former employees except Shannon?? Pretty obvious, the are rude and ignorant. Especially that fat girl Heather

I'll have to agree. I've only been here one month and the new management appears to have no experience with property management at all. They were unable to give me a receipt for the rent payment, ended up making a copy of my check and signing the copy as a receipt. Work orders were taken on a post-it note. It's been week and work order has not been resolved. Additionally, it took them three weeks to determine who the ISP for this complex was so that I could set up my service. Needless to say, I was without internet/phone/satellite service for over 3 weeks. I have also noticed that there are quite a few apartments being vacated, possibly due to the level of service residents are receiving. The $500 referral incentive is also pretty high, which is also an indicator that they are hurting for business. The new management company really needs to step it up if they want residents to renew leases, and attract new residents to the property. Aside from that, the apartments are in very good condition so no complaints there.
