These apartments are old and run down. But, liveable. Safety was a problem for a while as the riff-raff from nearby neighborhoods started to pray on the young professionals in the area. Security picked-up though and even caught one of the culprits. Either way, I myself worry when I go to get my mail at night or coming home late at night.

About the mail, it's not nearby! What a mess. You have to walk/drive about 400 yards to go get it. It's pretty silly when write next to my building is a mail facility.

Other than that, maintenance was fair. Sometimes is was fast, other times it was not. Our A/C and heater went out at least twice since we lived here and it took emergency maintenance about 6 hours to get them to fix it. We had to call them repeatedly to check up on them though because they would say that they would arrive soon; however, hours later and not a single repair man.

The community ammenities are nice, especially the pool in the summer since there are lots of hotties that go out and it's just a big party at the country club on weekends.

Otherwise, just keep in mind that you get what you pay for.
