You do get what you pay for...
I would consider this a "C " property.
Got in with a good deal, but then they bumped the price up at the end and it really wasn't worth it. I've been worse places, but I ended up thinking I was in an apartment that was really worth no more than $500 a month. Nothing was horrible, but nothing was really great, either. Maintenance was slow.

the last two months of rent always go up to market price, that's why their rent was "bumped" up at the end. Keep that in mind when you are going over the consessions.
