I lived here for two years. The management is good. Margaret was alright but she is a phony person. I had better experience with Rose. I didn't have any ant/roaches problems. I guess that comes with your neighbor. Parking is available, unless you return home after midnight. You may have to park far from your apartment.
I agree with the noise problem. It is really a problem in the morning with all those lawn mowers.
To me security was the biggest concern. I got robbed just in front of my apartment. The Smith petrol is lacking manpower. The management took a very passive attitude about the whole situation. They rather implied that my safety is my headache. I should be careful, specially at night!!!
The rent is low for 10 months for a 12 month lease. But last two months it is really high. Lastly, the utility bill is way high. I always end up paying $100 for that. During one month, I was not at home for two weeks, but the utility bill came out over $100.
Overall, not bad for an young professional, or grad students. Just be careful at night.
