I've lived in the Bend for two years now, and haven't had any bad experiences. The staff can be a little slow at attending to paperwork, but this only comes to be a problem when renewing the lease or exiting out.

Maintenance is excellent, they're quite quick at doing their job whenever you've got a problem.

It's also a pretty quiet apartment complex, compared with other complexes in the Village.

There's a bus stop right next to the apartments that goes to the DART station.

On the downside though is that there are no real amenities at the Bend, residents have to go to the Village Country Club (which is free to Bend residents) in order to get any amenities.
