I live in the Bend East for a year and due to other reasons I had to move out of state. This was a great place to live. They always had something going on. Halloween party, New Years party, Wine tasting night, Comedy night, etc all of course took place at the Country Club. If I move back to Dallas I will for sure rent there again.

Maintence dept. was fast and friendly. took care of any problem I had. The longest I had to wait for repairs were 2 days. All the office staff were just excellent. I say the Bend and Bend east are great places to be in Dallas. They are near to just about everything.
