i have lived here almost a week now and found that the people in the office are a bunch of idoits. First they said we would have a celling fan in our bedroom, that was one of the agreements of signing the lease, and found out when we moved in there is no fan. So we called them up (they took forever to answer the phone) and they said " o yeah we can put one in sure no problem." The next day i get a call from them saying they didnt do the paper work right so we had i had to come sign the lease agian.
so i go to the office wait for about 30 minutes , and sign the papers. Then i asked when the fan will be put in, they had no idea what i was talking about. When i told them we were supposed to have a fan they said "Thats weird, every other apartment has a fan. We can put one in for 80 dollars." are you kidding me'' why should i have to pay for a fan, no one else had to pay or thier fan. IDIOTS!!! not only that by door knobs dont even match, on one side they are silver and the other side bronze. rust stians on the carpet, the hot water wasnt working for 2 days, and i could get my mail box key until yesterday!! o yeah, i work until 11pm so when i get home there is no parking. I have to park in the next complex over, and when i ask them about covered parking they say 50 dollars and there is a month wait. meanwhile the covered parking right in front is Empty. THen we have these freakin trucks park right in front of our apartment that i have to walk around to even get to the steps leading to my door. sorry..... didnt mean to ramble but i had to vent a little
