I've lived here since moving to Dallas 3 years ago. For the central location, I think the prices are very reasonable. Also I like the washer and dryer in the unit. Walking trail around the pond is nice, too. Lots of parking for everyone. I feel like security does a pretty good job patrolling at night, too. Haven't had many problems, but when I have, maintenance staff is very responsive.
