Office management could not display any less interest in being helpful. The management and staff are not on the same page and will impart contradictory information. Do not expect them to make your move smooth and easy, particularly on the way out. Do not expect them to be friendly or accommodating in the least. Do not expect your experience with the office to be in the least bit positive.
